Scam & Fraudulent Sites

OFFICIAL DOMAIN

premierpups.com

Type the address directly into your browser or use links from Premier Pups' official pages. Be careful with sponsored ads, lookalike URLs, and copied breeder pages.

Don't be Fooled by a Copycat

Scammers build fake puppy websites that steal photos, copy our pages word-for-word, and even clone our look. This guide teaches you how to spot fraudulent sellers, and how to confirm you're talking to the real Premier Pups.

Scammers often create urgency so families pay before verifying the puppy or seller.

THE PLAYBOOK

How fraudsters copy Premier Pups and real breeders

These scams aren't clumsy. Many clone our site, our tone, and the work of ethical breeders so thoroughly that even seasoned buyers get tricked. Here's what they actually do.

01

Lookalike domains

They register names like premier-pups.shop, premierpupsusa.com, or prernierpups.com (with an "rn" instead of "m") and stand up a near-identical website in a weekend.

02

Stolen photos

Puppy pictures are lifted directly from Premier Pups, independent breeders, Instagram, and even old Zazzle listings.

03

Copied page text

Entire "About Us," health guarantee, and breed description pages are copy-pasted from legitimate breeders, sometimes with the original breeder's name accidentally left in the footer.

04

Fake reviews

Glowing testimonials are scraped from real review sites and re-attributed to fake customers with stock-photo avatars.

05

Hijacked ads & social

Scammers buy Google and Facebook ads for terms like "Cavapoo puppies for sale," outranking real breeders. On Instagram they run profiles that re-post Premier Pups videos as their own.

RED FLAGS

8 warning signs you're on a fake puppy site

If you see even two of these, walk away. Reputable sellers and accountable breeders never need to rush you, hide the animal, or demand untraceable payments.

1

Prices far below market

Purebred or designer puppies listed at 30–60% below what every real breeder charges.

2

Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Wire Transfers ONLY

These payment methods are nearly impossible to reverse. Real sellers accept credit cards.

3

No video of the puppy

They'll send photos but refuse to send a video

4

Surprise fees after payment

"Climate-controlled crate", "customs", "vaccination top-up", all invented after you pay.

5

Emotional pressure

"The puppy is stuck at the airport", "another family is waiting", "send money in the next hour."

6

Grammar and tone inconsistencies

Pages that read like Premier Pups beside messages with unusual phrasing, odd tenses, or off currency symbols.

7

No verifiable address or phone

Contact page shows only a form. No physical pickup location. Phone forwards to voicemail forever.

8

Domain registered weeks ago

A quick WHOIS lookup shows the site is brand-new, often registered in Cameroon, South Africa, or India.
