We reserved our cavapoo Poptart in November 2020 during the COVID quarantine. I was very nervous to order a puppy online but the process was very easy and we couldn't be happier with our sweet girl! She was nanny'd to us in Arizona which was a bit expensive but totally effortless. Poptart turns 1 tomorrow and is very loving, mostly calm (except for when she gets the ZOOMIES every night), healthy and she has brought us so much joy! She weighs what they predicted. We get so many compliments when anyone sees her. We would get another Premier Pup without hesitation! We love our Poptart!!

Spring of 2021 I was looking for a cavalier puppy to be my ESA (emotional support animal). After researching breeders, pet stores, animal shelters, and even coming across fake scams on the internet I saw a YouTube video of someone reserving from premier pets. I was skeptical at first but after reaching out and reading reviews I knew premier pups was legitimate. I picked out my sweet ruby cavalier puppy Charlie and the process was beyond easy and organized. All my questions were answered and the customer service was top notch. I got videos, pictures and even got to FaceTime my puppy before we picked him up. The team at premier pets was there the entire process to help and check in which was very nice and reassuring. They even have checked in a year later on Charlie’s birthday! Charlie has been the absolute cutest, sweetest, healthy dog I could ever ask for. I could not imagine my life without him and am so happy I chose premier pets!

When searching for our first puppy, we came across Premier Pups website and knew immediately this is where we would reserve our pup. Fell is love when I saw her and knew she had to me mine. The entire process was very smooth and Premier kept in constant contact and updates through the whole process. They even followed her after she arrived and recently sent messages to wish her a happy 1st birthday. We are so thankful we found this company and are so in love with our Molly.

Premier pups did a great job of laying the perfect pup for my family and I and delivering him To us with great care. From the beginning of the experience getting our pup to the end- premier pups has been nothing but helpful, professional and all around amazing. Our puppy is happy and healthy and we look forward to getting him a sibling from premier pups soon!

Heartbroken after the loss of our 14 y/o yellow lab, we fell in love with Kami (Angela) at Premier Pups online. The staff was so helpful, cooperative; FaceTiming us with her and sending us photos. We drove to get her and the staff & Kami were perfect! Kami now 12 months, is the sweetest, most loving, caring, adorable mini aussie doodle! Our pup Razzi (formally known as Eliza) we purchased in 2021. We love our fur baby! She is so sweet and loving. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Razzi is our second fur baby purchased from premier pups. I would highly recommended premier pups.

Premier pups is outstanding! It’s always scary when looking online to purchase a pet and they made this so stress free. We picked up our miniature Aussiedoodle last April 2021 and he is the best decision we’ve ever made. Premier pups stayed in contact with us before and after to make sure our Bennys transition was nothing short of perfect. They provided us with more information than ever so we felt at ease. He just turned one and is a perfect size, weighing 7 pounds. We are thinking of purchasing from them again in the future! Thank you again Premier Pups!

We made the decision to buy a dog and we started searching the internet to find our perfect new family member. After finding out how many scammers are waiting out there on the internet to sell you an invisible dog, it was very hard to trust somone. I found Premier Pups!! We did research about them, we checked their website, we even checked their location on Google maps. From the very first call and all the emails, I knew that I can trust them and the puppies are real (FaceTime call was available). They have very smart safety and security procedures, they make sure that the puppies they sell are going to real people and houses. They are making sure that entire purchase process is safe for the buyer. It was very important to us, we are in California and they are in Ohio. Our wonderful puppy arrived two weeks after the purchase date, everything on time and very professionally arranged. I picked her up from the airport with very detailed feeding and care instructions. I highly recommend Premier Pups. If we ever decide that we want another dog, we’ll definitely use Premier Pups. Thank you Premier Pups. We love our Luna (former “Iris”).

Starla is the light during the pandemic for our family! She is an apricot Maltipoo who recently turned 1 years old and now is 11 lbs. My husband bought Starla for me as a gift for my birthday. I always wanted a small dog, but we needed to wait until our kids got bigger. We have 4 boys and they thought they would hate a small dog, we already had 2 bigger dogs. They thought Starla would be yappy and hyper and nervous, but she is completely the opposite. Starla is calm, confident, clever, and crazy cute! They all adore her, and she has a very special place in each of their hearts. She had no fear of the 2 bigger dogs from the get-go and now they are one big dog family. The whole process was seamless to get her. While it was a bit $$$, it was worth every penny. Her flight from Ohio to Seattle was efficient and she arrived in great condition at a tiny 2.5 lbs. Premier Pups gave us so much support after she arrived, it was like concierge and personalized service as if she was the only dog they had. Starla’s easy going temperament and well-conditioned overall health makes her one of the most beloved dogs we have ever owned and would absolutely recommend Premier Pups to anyone!

I got my teacup Pomeranian from Premier pups about a year ago. The experience was amazing and easy, all the staff members were so sweet and so helpful while buying my puppy. As soon as I bought the puppy I got a phone call a couple hours later for me to schedule the pick up I so surprised on how fast they got back with me. When it came down to pickup day I drove about 8 hours in total but it was so worth it at the end. I walk in the shop they had Bentleys bag ready with his papers, food, and everything else I ordered with him. One of the staff members went to get the little pup and I was so happy when I got him because he looked exactly like his photos and videos I received. The staff member also did tell us about Bentley told us what recent shots he got, how to feed him, and also went over the papers we got with him. When we arrived home with our new family member Premier pups checked in and they would constantly check in which was great. I’m so happy I made the decision of buying my little furry best friend from Premier pups and I know for a fact if we decide to get another pup it would be from the same place. It’s been a year since I got my Mochi. Very happy with my pup. Always had all my questions answered about my pup. I always received up to date photos and video. Great professional people who were very kind. I plan on getting another Pomeranian in the future.

We got our little kiwi from premier pups 1 year ago. She is a teacup Maltipoo and is a very healthy little pup. We are very happy with premier pups! We took a trip to pick her up last year and after we got home they called us a few times to make sure she was doing alright. They also texted us to wish her a happy birthday. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a puppy!

I got my pup March 2021. I was a little bit skeptical about getting a dog online but Premier Pups was amazing! They answered all my questions beforehand and when I made the purchase, they called, sent videos and messages leading up to the time for me to get the puppy. When he was ready, I drove up to get him and he was so cute and tiny and perfect! They provided me with his paperwork, medicine he may need and a little care package! Premier Pups is an amazing place when looking for your next puppy to add to your family!

Excellent service, excellent pup. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get our dog and she is the healthiest, most well adjusted puppy we have ever had. I would highly recommend Premier Pups.

We purchased a puppy through premier back in March 2021 We bought a mini Aussie doodle Everything they said about her from weight to her temperament they were on point. We asked them to FaceTime us so we can see her and they did just that. We were skeptical to purchase online as we heard some horror stories and scams from other sites. Trust me this company is the real deal. They were better than any breeder or pet shop that I have been to before. They were the only ones that actually check up on your puppy even a year later to see if everything is good and if there are any questions. I will only use premier pups for any puppy that I will get in the near future. And I recommended all my friends and family to use them for any new addition to their family.
