We got our adorable, crazy, fun, loving Coco from Premier in September... I had lots of questions prior to purchasing and they answered all of them. I would have given 5 stars but we were told she was being flown in, but instead was driven in. I actually would prefer her being driven in and would have happily paid the same amount. I just wish that they had been upfront about her getting driven in and not lied about it when asked. Otherwise- I highly recommend. They send care instructions and they send them for a reason. We have two other dogs and I thought they were a bit overkill. However, we followed them to a T and she couldn’t be more perfect! We love her so much! Update- we spent over $4,000 on our puppy with everything and we were told she was a maltipoo. She most definitely is not a maltipoo. I would definitely go directly through a reputable breeder next time. New update - 11/16/20- spoke to the owner for about an hour. He really listened to my concerns and is actually sending a DNA kit out that I should receive by tomorrow. This will allow me to know if my dog is in fact the breed we thought she would be. As far as the shipping/driving situation- he is working on getting that fixed as well - so that people get proper information regarding the delivery of their new best friend. I’d include pics in my review because even though she doesn’t look at all like a maltipoo to me, she’s the cutest girl in the world. Last update 12/11/2020- we received our DNA results back and they came back 50/50 Maltese poodle. So even though right now our adorable girl doesn’t look like a maltipoo she is! The owner and I spoke again and he told me they have made some changes to try and make the process a little smoother and to have proper people answering each question. I would definitely recommend Premier and we’ll probably be getting a 4th dog soon!

This is Elijah from Premier Pups, who we bought over a year ago. He came to us healthy and as cute as ever. He is the most loyal, playful, and joyful dog we've ever seen! Premier Pups was very professional while communicating with us. Their prices were reasonable and affordable and worth the money for our happy little fur ball. We purchased our sweet mini bernedoodle from Premier Pups. I was a little worried about getting a puppy online but so glad I made the choice. Everyone I communicated with at Premier Pups was fantastic from the first point of contact until even after we were home to make sure she was transitioning well. Demi is one year old, and the best pup ever! I highly recommend Premier Pups and when we decide it’s time for another puppy, this will be where we come.

We got our puppy Neo (formally Milo) through Permierpups.com in March 2020, the process was smooth and professional. Neo has brought so much joy to our life, especially during this pandemic period, we feel very fortunate to have him joining our family.

My husband and I were very skeptical of getting a puppy online, and even more nervous because we had never purchased a puppy before. Premier Pups answered all my questions and were always friendly and caring. When we picked up our maltipoo he looked well cared for and the employees at the facility took the time to explain how to care for him in the coming days. Dasher was quick to train and adapted well once we got home. We did embark testing just out of curiosity and he is exactly what they said he was. We could not be happier with our decision to get our little guy at Premier Pups!

I got my maltipoo puppy from premier pups in 2020 and he’s absolutely the best little dog I could have asked for. The process of purchasing him and pick up was so easy. The facility is so nice and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. They touched base a on his birthday to see how he’s doing! He’s so handsome, sweet and funny! I would definitely get another puppy there!

They were very knowledgeable in their jobs and call every day to make sure Phantom was well taken care of. Very informative about things we needed to know about the care of the puppy. I feel if you need to buy a puppy from anywhere, Premier Pups is the place to go.

I was very, very skeptical about purchasing a puppy over the internet from a breeder/puppy agency. I did my research, and I read reviews....I even searched this company through the Better Business Bureau. When I tell you that we couldn't be happier with the entire process, and the staff at Premier Pups! Our puppy, formerly Ezra, now named Zeus, is a part of our family, and has been since we drove to pick him up! Zeus is a happy, healthy, energetic and smart puppy whom we love. Based upon this experience, and based upon the lack of creditability with other breeders, we have decided to purchase another puppy from Premier Pups within the next 60 days to give our Zeus a sibling to grow up with! We love Premier Pups, and have already referred three other families to them in the week that we've had our puppy. The staff has followed up with us, and really cares about their puppies. The staff is helpful, and always answered my questions in a detailed and patient mannerism; and, the staff also made sure we knew what we needed to do in order to keep our puppy healthy and happy. Would definitely recommend Premier Pups to any and everyone who asks!

Working with Premier Pups was a great experience. They were super organized and the process from start to finish was easy. We were a bit apprehensive to choose our new family member from a website. We live just far enough away that a visit to pick out a puppy wasn’t convenient. However, after a phone call to the company our mind was set at ease and we chose our baby. We drove there to pick him up when he was ready and their facility was clean and we were treated wonderfully. We love our Cockapoo that Premier Pups helped us find. We would highly recommend the company to anyone else that is looking for a new furry friend 🐶
