I can't rave enough about Premier Pups! Everyone that sees me with my Cavapoo asks, "what kind of dog and where did you get her from"? Well, that turns into a walking advertisement for Premier Pups! I really think I've told 20 people or more my story!! From the beginning, they were professional and friendly. The process of reserving Bexley was seemless yet thorough. Premier Pups made sure all my questions and inquires were promptly answered and provided updates when I requested. No matter who answered the phone and no matter the time. I honestly believe they hung a picture of my ID up for my pup to know who her new mom was because from the moment she saw me she knew me! Brilliant idea if that's what you all do! I had her transported to me and the team remained in constant contact regarding her trip. The first week was filled with calls checking on her and making sure she adjusted well with the food and medicine in her take home package. They also checked on her progress throughout her first year, reimbursed pet insurance fees and made sure our vet provided the necessary tests and treatment. She caught Giardia twice and Premier Pups' on call vet didn't hesitate to call me back to assist. She's healthy, spayed and up to date on all her vaccines. I didn't have (and still don't) any issues with her when we got home. Bexley was fully potty trained where she used a bell at the door within a week. She is easily trainable and graduated from puppy and intermediate classes. Extremely smart dog and gorgeous!! I will be enrolling her in advanced classes next. This first year was full of LOVE from me to Bex and Bex to me 💚💚. I'm beyond overjoyed that I stumbled across Premier Pups on my quest for my best friend! Thank you for wishing her a happy 1st birthday. I LOVE my Bexley sooo much and can't thank you enough. I hope your business has picked up in MD because I'm spreading the word. We got our dog, Rosie, from premier pups. It was a wonderful experience every step of the way. The initial phone calls, the visit to pick her up and the follow up care were all amazing. We had never had a dog before, so the attention to detail through the process was extremely helpful. In addition to helping us with our own dog, they have generously helped us over the years with puppies for fundraising efforts benefiting Make-a-Wish. They have also kindly provided puppies to ill children to grant their wishes. Their attention to the new puppy owner in all of these circumstances has been stellar and has led to many very happy puppy owners! The premier pups team is kind and professional! I would never go anywhere else to get a puppy!

I’ve purchased two amazing dogs from Premier Pets and am currently in the process of getting my third. Every experience has been exceptional! The dogs are healthy, well-socialized, and come from excellent bloodlines. Premier Pets is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their dogs and customers. They provide thorough health records, guidance, and ongoing support, which has made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-raised dog!

We cannot say enough how great the staff and process was at Premier Pups. We were very nervous buying from an online company without even meeting the puppy but Premier Pups went over and beyond to answer our question, send pictures and allow us to get to know our new family member before we even made an offer. Premier Pups sources great breeders who care about their puppies and it shows in the quality of the puppy we received. Ellie, our Goldendoodle now of 4 years, has been a dream come true with such great manners and we literally think it is a child wearing a dog costume. The process of getting Ellie delivered to us along with all the extra check-ins to make sure our reservation went smoothly is what set Premier Pups ahead of other companies. So much so, that we are now considering reserving a new puppy.. and we are looking at no other place to do so. If you are hesitant in moving forward, trust us when we say you will not be disappointed.

Loved our experience with Premier Pups. Their website has so much great information and their support during and after the reservation process is amazing. Our Havapoo is a dream come true 🩷 she had the best personality, is healthy and happy.

We had nothing but the best experience with Premier Pups! We love our mini golden doodle!!! Mia is now 3 years old and we have been trying to decide if we want to add to our family with another one! We would not look anywhere else for a puppy but Premier! Our family has purchased 5 golden doodles from Premier Pups … hopefully we will be adding soon ☺️

Gemin now FeBe was so tiny when we brought her home! But Premier Pups gave us Step by Step instructions to reassure us of her New Puppy Care ! They were AWESOME!! FeBe is so Smart and so Sweet ! We Simply Adore her! 🐾❤️

We got our Miniature Dachshund Ivy from Premier Pups a little over 1 year ago and we just love her! We had the absolute best experience, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and more that we would need when we brought her home. We continue to have a wonderful relationship with Premier Pups and they check on her and us regularly to make sure all is well and even reached out on her birthday! The experience and the staff is next level! Definitely recommend. They have forever customers with us.

I have two lovely pups from Premier Pups and they have always been very friendly and helpful when I have questions. They have text to see how we and their pups are getting along. I have recommended to all my friends to contact Premier Pups when wanting to add an addition to their family because they are very knowable about all breads.

My family had a wonderful experience with the Premier Pups team. Each employee we worked with had great communication, helped answer any questions we had and catered to our schedule. We were surprising our kids with two puppies for Christmas, after losing our two family dogs (16 y.o. and 12 y.o.) the previous year. The Premier Pups team was extremely accommodating with our schedule and calling back to answer any and all questions, when our kids were not around. Both puppies came to us clean, happy and 100% healthy. Highly Recommend!

We can not say enough good things about our experience with Premier Pups. We found premier pups after researching a mix breed (Toy/Imperial Shih Tzu and Toy Pomeranian) that we had owned previously and really loved. We had previously had 1 unfortunate scam incident so my husband and I were very careful in our research. Premier Pups was amazing! As soon as we spoke to someone on the phone about the process and they sent a “prepare for your new puppy video” with so much info, we had a good warm and fuzzy feeling. But that is not where it stopped. We got a few more resource videos and emails with info about our puppy and the flight. We selected the delivery close to our home as we did not want to overwhelm a little pup after a flight. The transport team was so kind. We met in a public location for the hand off and there was a whole take home kit. Premier pups called multiple times to check in on how Winston was adjusting. Making sure he was eating and when to get him for his vet checks. We were also given a number to call at any time. It was not just the first one or two days, it was the first couple of weeks. And then at the 6 month and 1 year mark as well. I have recommended Premiere Pups to 3 people in the last year and I will continue to do so. When our family is ready for another pup we will absolutely use them again as well!

These two babies were the best decision I ever made. I don’t know what I old do without them. Both of my puppies came from Premier Pups, and I cant say enough about how grateful to have found their website when I decided to get my first puppy. There are so many fake websites and scammers on social media these days that it’s hard to know what is real. But Premier Pups made the entire process easy and I never once had any concerns about their legitimacy. I would highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking to add fur baby of their family.
