We are so happy with our little guy, he is incredibly lovable! The process from start to finish was smooth and we were given everything we needed to make sure he thrived. He was very small when we got him and Premier Pups checked on us almost every other day for the first couple of weeks, we so appreciated that. We will definitely use them ago if we get anymore pups!

We are so thankful for Premier Pups for giving us the perfect puppy! Everyone who meets him (especially dog walkers at the park) think he has a perfect personality — so outgoing and friendly. He loves playing with all dogs and all people. Premier Pups made the transition so smooth, with multiple check-ins after we received him. We are so thankful to have Fibo, who just turned 1!

They provided information and all supplies/medications necessary for the reservation. We chose to have them transport him closer to us for pickup, which went very smoothly. We had a great experience with Premier Pups, from the beginning to the end. They were very communicative and made us feel comfortable with the entire process including the shipment of our pup from Ohio to Los Angeles. After we picked up our pup they were very helpful with the transition, guiding us as we needed assistance. They also checked on Canelo every couple of days which is a part of their process! I would definitely recommend Premier Pups and have actually referred others to them!

Our experience getting him from Premier Pups was amazing ! We got updates and even when the driver was in a lot of traffic he let us know where he was and what his new ETA was. Premier pups even messaged us yesterday to say Happy birthday to Benny and to check up with him. Would most definitely recommend everyone get a dog from them!

Premier Pups has an excellent business model that is value-added through its convenience of buying on-line, responsive customer service, large selection, and delivery options. After a Wisdom Panel DNA check, I learned that my puppy was free of genetic defects and was exactly as advertised (half Poodle and half Bichon). Scooby was in great health when I picked him up near Columbus Ohio, was happy, and has been a wonderful addition to the family. I highly recommend Premier Pups!
